Mission Statement

The FCN mission is to reduce fragmentation in the maternal, perinatal and child health systems; to improve outreach and access to care for economically challenged women, who may be pregnant and parenting and their families; to enhance and ensure collaboration and coordination among providers; to provide training and technical assistance to maternal and child health providers; and to assist in local health systems planning.
